This book combines the two and makes a great read for third through fifth graders. It’s easy to get caught up in the story and laugh out as you read the crazy things one must do to care for the dog. Matching tee shirts and bows? Different dishes for different meals? I don’t think I got that crazy for my kids when they were babies. I think your young reader will definitely enjoy this series.
